Mrs. M. T., a forty-year-old senior IT professional, visited Dyumna Women’s Clinic with complaints of persistent brain fog for nearly six months. She experienced poor focus, frequent memory lapses, mental fatigue, and anxiety, all of which were affecting her work performance and self-confidence. Although she had undergone routine medical investigations elsewhere and all reports were normal, her symptoms remained unresolved and continued to interfere with her daily life.

A detailed Ayurvedic assessment revealed disturbed sleep patterns, chronic mental and physical overexertion, metabolic imbalance, and hormonal transitions consistent with perimenopause. Based on this evaluation, a personalised fifteen-day Ayurvedic treatment protocol was initiated. The treatment included minimal herbo-mineral support, Rasayana therapy, and structured lifestyle counselling aimed at restoring mental clarity and hormonal balance.

At her follow-up visit after two weeks, Mrs. M. T. reported marked improvement in mental clarity, focus, energy levels, and emotional stability. After experiencing relief following months of distress, she chose to continue treatment to support a smoother perimenopausal transition, as discussed during her initial consultation. This case highlights how an individualised, holistic Ayurvedic approach can provide meaningful relief during perimenopause even when routine investigations appear normal.
